New Look for Emma’s Dell

Emma’s Dell has undergone a further refurbishment this winter to create a lighter café and an all-weather outdoor seating area. New glazing lets more light in and our customers can now sit outside in all weathers protected by a canopy above our new decking area.

New Summer Menu

It certainly feels like summer here in Grasmere. To celebrate, we have launched our new summer menu at Emma’s Dell. New savoury crêpes include buffalo mozzarella with pesto, tomato, rocket and balsamic and Italian meatballs in tomato basil sauce. Our popular goat’s cheese is now lighter for summer with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. We also offer a “build your own” breakfast crêpe, available all day. We have a summer salad if you are looking for something a bit lighter. For those with a sweet tooth, our new fillings include strawberry Eton mess, raspberry Cranachan and mixed berry compote with granola and yoghurt. To view the new menu, view our food page.

Emma’s Dell Joins Refill Scheme

We are pleased to announce that we are the first café in Grasmere to join Refill, a national campaign which allows people to refill reusable water bottles at participating outlets. The aim is to discourage wasteful single-use plastic water bottles. If you are heading for the hills, call in at Emma’s Dell first where we will happily fill your water bottle for you.
